Welcome Grace! Our new APAC Marketing Manager

Get to know Grace.

As we welcome Grace Lee, our new Marketing Manager in Singapore, we hear all about what she has been up to before joining LanciaConsult and what she's most excited about for her future on the team.

Q: What were you doing before you joined the LanciaConsult team?
A:
I have spent the last two years caring for my newborn daughter. Before that, I drove product and partnership marketing initiatives at a Fintech firm specialising in cross-border payments. My experience spans across B2B and B2C marketing, partnerships, and planning. I’ve also spent ten years in the aviation industry, launching new products and marketing initiatives with tourism bodies.

Q: What excites you most about the opportunity to work with LanciaConsult?
A:
LanciaConsult is a forward-thinking company, evidenced by its achievement of being one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore and APAC. It’s exciting to be part of that!

Q: How are you settling in?
A:
It’s usually a steep learning curve at the start of a new role, but I enjoy learning new things, and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful.

Q: How would you describe the culture at LanciaConsult?
A:
The culture here is as amazing as I’ve read about. There’s openness, flexibility and genuine care. This came across right from the start, through the interviews, where the team was curious to know what I was interested in doing and not only whether I had the right skillsets. Even though I had a career gap in my résumé and a young family, the team were supportive of that.

Q: What are you most looking forward to in your first year at LanciaConsult?
A:
There has been a lot of great work in APAC that hasn’t been shared as much as we’d like! Together with the team, I look forward to building up such content and showcasing our capabilities!

Q: Can you tell us about yourself outside of the professional environment?
A:
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family at the beach or exploring new playgrounds and museums. There’s so little time for yourself with young kids, but when I can squeeze out the free time, I enjoy reading a good book or going for a Pilates workout.

Q: What has driven you to a career in marketing?
A:
Throughout university and my early career, I was always most interested in marketing projects! I enjoyed the stimulating mix of strategy, writing and campaign/project execution.
