We’re thrilled to have Summer Shellard-Venn join Team Lancia as part of our amazing Bristol office.
When asked what initially attracted her to working at LanciaConsult, Summer replied ‘The culture and values Lancia upholds allows them to stand out against other firms, as they really care about their people and their clients’.
Previous to joining us, Summer worked as a Retail Assistant. When asked what she was most looking forward to when considering her new role as Talent Assistant, Summer explained that she was most looking forward to learning from her peers and being able to expand her career skill set.
We pride ourselves on creating a warm and inclusive workplace culture that supports our entire team through their evolving careers. When asked what she was most looking forward to in regards to experiencing Lancia’s culture and opportunities, Summer replied ‘The many social events that are held that involve the entire team so we can have some fun and make happy memories together’.
It’s been an absolute pleasure to see our Bristol office expand, and we look forward to seeing the #NewEnergy that Summer adds to Team Lancia!
