Landing at Lancia (LAL) is our bespoke onboarding programme, which helps new colleagues get to know the business, meet the team and develop key consulting skills. Through practical workshops and presentation skills training, they built towards a presentation to our leadership team on their final day. No small challenge, but they all rose to the occasion!
We’re so pleased to have them on board and excited to see where their careers take them. To help you get to know them, we asked what inspired them to join, what they’re looking forward to and a little about life outside of work.

It started with Lancia Consult’s very human way of hiring. I remember reading the application and thinking, “Surely not!” Throughout the application process, that feeling stayed with me. I saw an organisation that cared as much about its people as it did about delivering stellar work.

What inspired you to join Lancia Consult?
I’m currently undertaking a degree apprenticeship with Lancia Consult. I was drawn to the opportunity because it means I can earn a degree while also working full-time. What made Lancia Consult stand out even more was knowing that one of the directors, Robbie Adams, had also completed a degree apprenticeship. This reassured me that the program was built on a solid foundation and I would receive the right support throughout my journey.
