We're excited to introduce two new Consultants from our Singapore office - Ally Kuek and Nikole Pang! In this Q&A, find out what new skill they would love to gain, and what drew them to Lancia!
Say hello to Ally!

Q: Tell us about your educational and professional background.
I originally came from a marketing background but decided to pivot into tech due to a strong personal interest. After graduation, I successfully made the transition and now have over two years of experience in tech consulting, where I’ve managed end-to-end implementations across cross-functional teams. Most recently, I joined Lancia Consult, where I’m excited to continue growing professionally and take on new challenges.
Q: Share a fun fact about yourself!
I need to have a can of Coca-Cola Zero at least once a day.
Q: If you could instantly become an expert in any new skill, what would it be and why?
Game Design: While I’m not an avid gamer, I developed a strong appreciation for game design during a module I took in polytechnic. I thoroughly enjoyed the creative and technical aspects involved in designing game mechanics, user interaction, and overall gameplay experience. This sparked a broader interest in digital product development, and one of my long-term goals is to successfully design and launch my own app.
Q: What initially attracted you to Lancia Consult?
While exploring new opportunities after leaving my previous role, I came across this position on the ‘Indeed’ job portal. The job description immediately caught my attention, especially the line “Are ambitious and excited about joining a different kind of consulting business,” which really resonated with me. I took the time to research further, and the wealth of resources available on the company website strengthened my interest and encouraged me to apply.
Q: How has your experience at Lancia Consult been thus far?
My experience at Lancia Consult has been rewarding so far. The learning curve is steep, but I’m enjoying the challenge. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive, and I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside people I aspire to learn from. I’m excited to see what lies ahead.
Q: Describe the Lancia culture in three words.
Innovate, Collaborate, Celebrate
Say hello to Nikole!

Q: Tell us about your educational and professional background.
After graduating from NUS with a degree in Statistics in 2022, I joined Cognizant as part of their Graduate Program in the Data service line. I gained consulting experience there, getting exposure to different roles across projects. After about 3 years, due to a plateauing learning curve, I decided to move to challenge myself further!
Q: Share a fun fact about yourself!
I crocheted a bag of my own from scratch! There was a lot of undoing and redoing to make it look nice (and also because midway, I lost count of the number of stitches I did…), and perhaps regretted much later over why I didn’t make the bag a little bigger… It is now my default go-to bag during Chinese New Year to collect the red packets!

Q: If you could instantly become an expert in any new skill, what would it be and why?
I would like to be an expert in presentation skills. Coming from a technical background, this is an area that I have to work towards being an expert in, conveying my ideas to sell a perfect solution to the clients.
Q: What initially attracted you to Lancia Consult?
I wanted to move towards a more functional role, but at the same time, I did not want to give up learning about the technicalities that early in my career. Upon speaking with my interviewers, it felt like I found a fit where I can grow my functional consulting skills as well as my technical skills. My interviewers piqued my interest in joining the company.
Q: How has your experience at Lancia Consult been thus far?
It has been good, I have learnt new things and perspectives in this new role. It is challenging, but in a good way, to push myself to achieve more. It has not even been two months, but I have already completed a deployment for my project!
Q: Describe the Lancia culture in three words.
Nurturing, Genuine, Inclusive
