For the last few years, Gemma has been a busy mum, raising her two young children. Before this, Gemma built out the B2B marketing team at Houzz.co.uk, the world’s largest online home design community. Throughout her career, Gemma has held B2B marketing roles within the Software, FMCG, and E-Commerce industries. Her experience has been gained across markets in Europe, the UK, and the US, allowing her opportunity to live and work in Berlin and San Francisco.
Q: What initially attracted you to the role at LanciaConsult?
A: The opportunity! Lancia is a fast-growing, international business, and it’s exciting to come into that as the first internal, Marketing hire.

A: I’m looking forward to being a part of such an awesome team of people, telling our story, and shining a light on the incredible work we do at LanciaConsult.
