The Lancia team in Jakarta is getting bigger! We're thrilled to welcome two new consultants, Sally Justiani and Devin Wijaya. To help you get to know them, we asked them about their favourite reads, what it's been like joining the team, and their best advice for aspiring consultants. Dive into the Q&A below to learn more!
Say hello to Sally!

Tell us about your educational and professional background.
I graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Thereafter, I spent two years working as a functional consultant at an accounting firm, where I supported and delivered end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects across industries such as financial technology, retail, property & real estate, manufacturing, and telecommunications & infrastructure.
Share a fun fact about yourself!
My record for binge-reading was 1,500+ chapters in a month. I had to take a reading break after that.
What’s a book, podcast, movie, or online course that has recently influenced your thinking, either professionally or personally?
Something that has recently influenced me is Stoicism. I first came across it through an article, and it really opened my mind. It taught me to focus on what I can control (my actions, my mind, and my response) rather than stressing over things outside my control.
What initially attracted you to our Jakarta office?
The people and the culture really stood out to me. I had a great experience during my interviews, which made me feel it would be a supportive and welcoming place to work. In addition, the projects at Lancia are both diverse and challenging, so I know I’ll be able to learn and grow a lot.
How has your experience at Lancia Consult been thus far?
It has been a truly exciting experience. In my very first week, I had the opportunity to travel to Singapore, meet the teams, and have several coffee chats, while also supporting a NetSuite project. After that, I joined the implementation team for an ERP transformation project at a well-established marine agency and logistics services company.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in consulting or thinking about joining Lancia Consult?
Be ready to learn fast and get hands-on. At Lancia, you’re entrusted with meaningful tasks that you can truly own, giving you both the responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. At the same time, the team is very supportive, which makes it a great place to learn and grow.
Say hello to Devin!

Tell us about your educational and professional background.
I studied Computer Science at BINUS University in Indonesia, where I built a strong foundation in technology and problem-solving, and had the opportunity to join an exchange program at Saxion University in the Netherlands. Professionally, I spent four years at Accenture as a functional consultant specialising in SAP S/4HANA. In that role, I was responsible for providing functional assessments, designing solutions, and implementing change requests for the largest telecommunications provider in Indonesia.
What’s a book, podcast, movie, or online course that has recently influenced your thinking, either professionally or personally?
I recently read In Pursuit of Purpose by Myles Munroe. It reminded me that true fulfilment comes from discovering and living out our purpose. What struck me most is how clarity of purpose helps us stay motivated and focused, even in the middle of challenges. The book encouraged me to be more intentional with my time and talents, both in work and in life.
What initially attracted you to our Jakarta office?
I was attracted by the opportunity to grow and gain exposure across different industries, while being in a supportive environment that values mentorship. I saw it as a place where I could develop both professionally and personally, with guidance that helps me reach my full potential.
Describe the atmosphere and culture of our Jakarta office in three words.
Collaborative, Supportive, Dynamic
How has your experience at Lancia Consult been thus far?
It has been an exciting and very challenging experience so far. I’ve been busy with NetSuite ERP client workshops and designing NetSuite solutions. What I enjoy most is the supportive environment and the culture of knowledge-sharing within the team, along with the opportunity to work at the Singapore office and connect with the teams there. I also appreciate the fun activities we do together outside of work, which make the experience even more enjoyable.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in consulting or thinking about joining Lancia Consult?
Be open to challenges and continuous learning, because consulting is a fast-paced environment where every project is different. At Lancia, you’ll find a supportive culture that values collaboration and knowledge-sharing, so don’t be afraid to ask questions and take initiative. If you’re curious, adaptable, and eager to grow, you’ll thrive here both professionally and personally.
