Eight weeks later, we received a comprehensive report detailing our current state architecture, data, and processes, along with a set of carefully considered, evidence-based recommendations. While not all suggestions can be implemented immediately due to resourcing and financial constraints, the report provides a strong foundation for building a future business case with developers.
