Headhunting provided the skills and motivation to transition into Human Resources. She gained value and experience working with consulting firms such as Deloitte, The Berkeley Partnership, and Q5, which took her to work in Sydney, Australia. She joined LC in 2022 as Head of People Europe and is excited by the organisation's energy and client-focused approach, driven at its core by its people.
