Join us in congratulating Rob Ward on five years at LanciaConsult. Upon asking Rob on how he feels about completing this admirable milestone, his reply was ‘The time has flown by. I can’t believe it has been five years already!’.
When Rob initially began working with us, the initial attraction to the role was the opportunity to join the leadership team of a new entrant into the UK consulting market, and the ability to work alongside his good friend Jeff, LanciaConsult CEO.
When asked about his most memorable milestones during the last five years, Rob mentioned his ‘First trip out to Singapore in 2018 to meet the team, back when I could count every team member on two hands.’ ‘I recall the opening of our first UK office in Bristol in 2018. We’re now onto our third, and soon there’ll be a fourth!’. Other standout moments include the first consultant hires joining LanciaConsult in September 2020, when the first cohort of graduates began their consulting career with us, as we now have the pleasure of our third cohort of graduates joining us.
Upon reflecting on his proudest achievement during his time so far with the team, Rob said ‘The best thing about LanciaConsult is the people. I’m proud to be a part of this amazing group of fun, talented and intelligent consultants. To have played a part in building that team and this culture is the greatest joy of my career’.
We could not be prouder of Rob’s achievements with LanciaConsult thus far, and look forward to his future, as an esteemed member of the team.
