Rebecca is a director and a programme delivery expert in our European business. With an eye for detail and processes, she helps to run the operations of the UK business alongside our client work. As a consulting thoroughbred, she's been in the industry throughout her career. Sparks of interest have taken her to different sectors and solutions. Still, she keeps at her heart her passion for solving client challenges, achieving measurable benefits, and delivering high-performing roles.
Having had the opportunity to join Lancia Consult when we were building out our Bristol office, she takes pride in seeing our business grow and bringing in new team members.
Beyond building the business, she spends time outside work renovating her house while juggling looking after her child.
